By using Potion you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Potion is a note and bookmark app available on the web, iOS, and as a browser extension. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You sign in with Google or Apple and are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and all its content at any time from within the app.

Your content

You own the content you create in Potion. You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it back to you as part of the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use Potion to break the law, infringe others' rights, or disrupt or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Subscriptions & billing

Potion offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan (US$5/month). Pro subscriptions are purchased and managed on the web and renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Disclaimers & liability

Potion is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Keep your own backups of anything important.
